Customer Care Exec at INFOONLINEPAGES

• Receive inbound calls from Customers.
• As well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
• Document all calls with regards to participant inquires.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with Customers.
• Promote good listening skills.
• Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls.
• Flexible to work with shift timings.


Eligibility : Any graduate (Except B.E/B.TECH/BCA/MCA)

Experience : 0-1 Year

Location : Hyderabad

Qualification:
• Any graduate (Except B.E/B.TECH/BCA/MCA)
. Good Communication Skills required Telugu English & Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
Current Requirement: Only for Male candidates.
