The Human Resource Department at Vee focuses on recruiting candidates who are looking for a long term career rather than short term jobs. The Sona Group(part of Vee Technologies) owns and runs a group of colleges with 5000 students on campus offering courses in management, technology and vocational courses, which acts as a talent pool for recruitment. The large talent pool that walks into the organization for entry level positions are skillfully tested on various traits and then absorbed for training in various verticals depending on the educational background and creative traits. For other higher positions, the candidates from within the organization are encouraged after qualifying through various competitive tests and discussions, as Vee has a well defined career development path converging towards total internal customer satisfaction.
