1) Proficiency in Dot Net 2.0 Framework is a must, preferably using the 3.5 framework.
2) Experience in database design and optimization on SQL 2005-2008 is a must.
Prior experience working in multi-functional teams and building APIs for other developers is a HUGE plus.
Knowledge of Facebook and other social graph APIs, AJAX libraries, memcached, XMPP fundamentals, is preferred.
