o Working knowledge of microcomputers
o Working knowledge of Microsoft® Windows NT® Server and Windows 2000 Server
o Ability to work in a fast paced environment

o Working Knowledge of Exchange or comparable e-mail system
o Working knowledge of TCP-IP and SMTP o 4 year technical degree or equivalent work experience, plus 1-3 years experience in technical support or MIS in an Enterprise environment.
o Demonstrated technical competence .
o Ability to effectively communicate with customer managers and executives on technical and business issues.
o Strong organizational, time management, project management, and negotiation skills.
o MCP Certified in at least one of the Windows® Server Operating Systems

Experience: 0 to 5 yrs.
Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
