You have practical expert-level experience writing highly interactive applications for the web.
You are familiar with building complex web applications using Javascript / AJAX, XHTML, CSS.
You have experience with or knowledge of jQuery, Java, Struts, and other website technologies.
You are frequently regarded as having guru-level knowledge on one or more of the above areas. Elements of your background we like to see:

As a Software Development Engineer, you will drive and lead the design, and development of multi-tiered highly scalable applications and systems using Java, SQL, Perl, C++ and Object Oriented Design technologies in a large-scale, complex distributed environment. You will work closely with other software engineers, QA and Support groups as well as Retail Business and Operations groups to develop top quality products that solve actual business and technology problems.
