Engineer Customer Support at Spectra Technovision

Technical support on all the products to clients/installers/ distributors via phone, email or team viewer
To keep updated record of all the daily calls received in customer support help desk in spectra CRM
Informing TL if need be to visit clientsite.


Knowledge of SQL server
Good written and verbal ENGLISH
Ready to take charge of other related activities as and when required
Interpersonal skills required

Eligibility : B.Tech/B.E/ BCA/ Diploma/ MCA /PG Diploma – Computers

Experience : 0-1 Year
