Desired Candidate Profile:
SHOULD BE WILLING TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY * Should have prior experience in Medical billing (Payment Posting) * Should understand the client requirements and specifications of the project and work accordingly * Should meet the productivity targets within the stipulated time. * Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards. * Should have flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning. * Should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail. * Should be willing to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork. * Should show commitment to project and departmental goals. * Should demonstrate a sound awareness of all relevant regulations. * Should demonstrate a sound awareness on Operational Guidelines * Should demonstrate the abilities to solve problems by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
