Job Description:
Sourcing profile from portals, social network, Head-Hunting etc….
Source candidates using resume databases, internet searching, networking, and cold calling
Create and maintain channels for sourcing.
Conduct and Coordinate the interviews.
Scheduling interviews and sending meeting request to Interview panel
Follow-up candidate for Interview
Build and maintain database of relevant profiles.
Maintaining Interview call Trackers, Dashboard and other Recruitment Database.
Update feedback to Consultant.
Should have good communication skills
Should have experience in handling portals
Should have good knowledge in MS office
Should be willing to work on Contract Role
