At least 6 months of exp. in IT recruitments or Staffing sales(US Staffing).
Experience in recruitment of IT Professionals in various skill
sets.(like Java, peoplesoft, oracle.)
Good communication skills.
Willing to work in night shifts
Office will not provide a Pick and Drop Facility, so the selected
candidates will have to commute by themselves.
