The key job responsibilities include the following

Liaison on behalf of Deloitte Consulting between US healthcare facilities like hospitals and Private, State and Federal governed Insurance Companies. Required number of claims to be worked on any particular day and this has to conform to the set targets on the project. Work involves interacting with Insurance Companies in US. Adhering to Practice as well as Project set quality standard and Compliance guidelines.

Should be willing work in the night shift.

·          Researching claims

·          Analyzing information

·          Determining actions to be taken next

·          Calling insurance providers to get more information

·          Verifying payments by comparing them against contracts

·          Advising clients on next steps

·          Resolving claims

·          Analyzing work and finding trends that can help clients re-engineer processes

 
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate or any 3 year Diploma Course.

The key skills required are as follows:

·          Basic MS Office and internet skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Timing: Mostly 6.00pm - 3.00am to correspond with US Eastern Time. However, for projects based in the Central or Pacific Time zones, the work timings could be a little later.
